A Farewell and a Welcome

The editors of Language and Literacy acknowledge with great affection the dedication of Ingrid Johnston, who has stepped down from the editorial board. Ingrid was one of the founding editors of the journal, and her contributions have been important to us as the journal has grown and developed. Thank you, Ingrid, and we wish you the best in your future endeavours!

We also welcome Dr. Maureen Kendrick as our new co-editor. Maureen has published in Language and Literacy, and we are so pleased that she has accepted our invitation to join the editorial team. We look forward to having her expertise help to shape the direction of the journal in the future.
